PROGRAM GUIDE ADVERTISING

Anime Fusion’s program book is distributed to all attendees of the convention and is a prime location for businesses, conventions, and other groups to advertise to our membership. You can even buy a space for a personal message to a friend!

We offer ad space in our program book in three categories:

• Full-page black & white ad, 5.5 in. x 8.5 in. – $125
• Half-page black & white ad, 5.5 in. x 4 in. – $75
• Quarter-page black & white ad, 2.5 in. x 4 in. – $40

All ads are full-bleed and will be printed exactly as received. We accept three forms of payment for program book ads:

• PayPal – payment in the amount specified above. After your ad request is received a PayPal invoice will be sent to you.
• Prize support – businesses that sell merchandise appropriate for the audience of Anime Fusion may choose to provide items of value equivalent to the price of their ad to be given out by the convention as prizes for volunteers, game shows, etc.
• Ad swap – if you are a convention with a similar audience, we can include your ad in our program guide in exchange for Anime Fusion placing an ad in yours. If the ads are of equal size, there is no fee for an ad swap.

To arrange for placement of an ad in our program guide, contact our Marketing department. All payments and ads must be received by August 30th. Anime Fusion reserves the right to refuse any ad bearing content we find objectionable.
